A wild thing

This is by far my favorite piece, I don't think I have quite liked an illustration after it's finished, but this one I do. In fact, I became upset when I realized the canvas I used to illustrate it was at 100dpi, I teared up. I will have to repaint it if I ever want to print it, how could I have been such a dumb dumb??

The thumbs were done during Nathan Fowkes class over at Schoolism, "Color and Light". This is the one single assignment were I did well, I was so proud. I hope everything that clicked in my head for this piece, clicks again soon and stays clicked.
